We stream live tables from three major studios — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi — covering baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker variants and local favourites like Andar Bahar. Each room runs on dedicated hardware with multiple camera angles and a live chat rail so you can follow the dealer's every move. Table limits vary by room, from low-entry baccarat seats to VIP
blackjack positions, so you can match the table to how you want to play that session.
Our live casino is fully optimised for mobile browsers on Android and iOS — no download needed. The dealer feed scales to portrait or landscape automatically, and the chip row...
If something goes wrong mid-round — a dropped stream, a bet not registering, a disconnection at a critical moment — our support team can pull the hand history and resolve it without you leaving your account. Reach us through the channel that suits you.
Connect to an agent directly from the live casino lobby without navigating away from your table. Average response is under three minutes during peak hours in Pakistan time zones.
Send a detailed account of any disputed round to our support address. We retrieve the video log and hand record and reply with a resolution within 24 hours of receiving your message.
Every live round you play is logged under your account history. You can review each hand's outcome, bet amount and dealer timestamp yourself before contacting support about any query.
Running live tables around the clock takes more than a stream link. Here is what we keep in place behind the lobby you see on your screen.
Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent RNG and studio audit certificates that apply to every table we carry. We do not host uncertified feeds regardless of the game type.
Each live room runs on a redundant stream path. If the primary feed drops, your session switches to the backup without reloading the page or losing your active bet position.
Studio dealers go through structured training programmes before they appear on a live feed. Ezugi and Evolution both publish their dealer standards, which we require our studio partners to maintain.
Every hand and wheel spin is recorded with a timestamp tied to your account session. If you query an outcome, we retrieve the exact footage and compare it against your bet slip.
Your account uses two-step verification at login. Session tokens expire automatically after inactivity, and any new device login triggers a confirmation step before access is granted.
We submit our live lobby to periodic third-party audits reviewing payout accuracy and stream integrity. Audit summaries are available on request through our support team.
